it's exactly as pictured only downfall is the repeating questions it's pretty much the same questions and pages every single month but it's my third and last baby, so I wasn't too worried about that ?. but if this is your first baby and/or you want a more detailed book with pockets for ultrasound and whatnot, this is NOT the book for you otherwise, it's a good book for the price.
