I really needed more space for an awkward corner of the kitchen . I also like to buy a lot of items in bulk . Which is why the shelving was a perfect fit. It is lightweight ; which makes it easier for moving after assembly. I enjoyed making each shelves height fit my needs . It really helped open up more space.Ok, not the thickest metal shelving, but it's not thin either and it's a small set of shelves. I would not buy it to store canned goods, but boxed food or clothing would be fine. Took some head scratching but I actually split mine into two units and put melamine shelves across for a kind of workbench hutch. Much cheaper than the real thing, and it wouldn't win any beauty contests but it is handy. For light to medium weight items it would be fine, but I would not store heavy stuff on these.This product is great for small spaces. It was a little difficult setting together as some small plastic pieces would fall off during assembly. Sometimes the poles didn’t fit together easily either. All in all, I am glad I made the purchase and it works for me. Just the assembly wasn’t The easiest.I had a small space in a closet. I needed a tower but not a square tower. Something narrower, strong, durable. This tower meets those criteria.Whoever developed these wire shelving units with adjustable shelves that hold a lot of weight, easy of assembly and disassembly, quick set up with easy to fit clips to hold the shelves is a genius!I had assembled bigger racks previously so this was very easy to put together. The directions are well written. I’m totally happy with it. It fits my space perfectly and by putting heaviest items on lower racks it’s very stable. Good value for the money.Bought two of these and combined them as was suggested. Was able to assemble in less than an hour and they have improved the usefulness of my kitchen.Really liked how easy it came together. It fit perfectly where I needed it in my narrow utility closet and holds everything from small tools to craft items. Very pleased with this purchase.This was perfect for what I needed it for. So happy with it, I just ordered another one.The shelving unit arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and easy to level once it was put together. But the quality isn’t there. Compared to other steel wire shelving units I have, the legs are very thin & spindly so the assembled shelving unit is not sturdy. The shelves bow slightly if anything heavy is put on. Speaking of the shelves, they’re designed to be used so they’re like shallow baskets. This makes it more difficult to remove tall or heavy items because you have to lift items out instead of sliding them off. I don’t have anywhere near the 600lb. total rated load on these shelves — doing even 100lbs. would create a serious tipping hazard and there are no safety straps to affix to the wall. The colour is described as silver; it’s closer to slightly glossy grey. They are barely adequate but if I didn’t need something NOW I’d return them for sure. As soon as I can find something better, I’ll give them away. I wouldn’t buy these again - no way.
