Good basic shoe rack. No complaintsThis is made of really cheap, flimsy materials. The "metal" poles bent & dented so easily and then they would be warped and it was impossible to get them to fit into the slots of the black side pieces. When I was able to get them in, the black pieces bent and curved and warped bc they are such cheap plastic. The bending and warping of the black side pieces meant it was not straight or even when it was put together so it wobbles when I put it down.I used this as a storage shelf inside a cupboard so I didn't use it for shoes or anything very heavy but I would be worried about the poles bending under too much weight bc of how flimsy the material is.Upon first opening it, I realized the plastic is quite thin and the aluminum tubes were pretty thin too. When trying to put it together, I accidentally wrinkles part of the aluminum. Thankfully it didn’t impede me in building the whole rack. Also, make sure to line up the whole build before putting it together. You definitely need to put some force to get the tubes in, and once you get them in, it is extremely difficult to get them back out. I almost broke the plastic trying to fix one of my mistakes. However, once it’s together, it is very sturdy. So far it has managed to survive two run ins with my 125 lbs dog with a only a small crack that hasn’t caused it to not serve it’s purpose. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap shoe rack and are patient enough to put it together, it’s definitely worth it so far.I can fit one pair of my men's 10.5 shoes on each shelf. The shelves aren't big enough for two pairs without a lot of fiddling. The size is perfect for two pairs of smaller shoes on each shelf though. This is really quite sturdy when hammered together. I used a dead blow hammer to seat all the plastic frame onto the metal poles. This shoe rack is sturdy enough to hold about 8 pairs of shoes with no issues. It feels sort of flimsy taking it out of the box, but once it's together it holds fine. You can put both taller shoes and sneakers, loafers etc in here, no problem. It really is a space saver in your closet...it has helped me keep my shoes in sight where I can easily grab them, which is much better than having them on the floor in a pile where I have to hunt.Well worth the $13 cost at the time of this writing...this is probably not something that would withstand heavy use where you are moving it around etc but if you want something to put in the closet with your shoes on it and leave it there with no fanfare, then this item more than does the job! This is great for my son's Size 8 men's shoes. Can hold two pairs on each shelf easily. There are no directions for assembly but it's easy enough to put together, just make sure you push pieces together securely which takes a little bit of muscle.Very light weight but sturdy enough for what it is. For basic shelving for shoes, I would recommend.Basic shoe rack I kept it separated the way it wasn't too high I like itGets the job done. For $20 I wasn’t expecting much.. but it’s really cheap and flimsy. The metal tubes bend easily, a bunch in my package were already all bent. It’s easy to put together and light weight but I don’t see it lasting long.il se démanche tout seul, ne contient que 1 ou 2 paires de souliers par étage, et branle beaucoup..Je déteste...Easy to put together and instructions were not needed. Works well in my closet.Good value for moneyThis item is very cheap feeling but does the job.
