Looks good, fits good and easy to install, all at the right price.We replaced slippery round knobs that were difficult for slippery and/or arthritic hands. Levers are great; they can be operated with a finger or knee when your hands are full and they meet ADA g-lines. These levers are especially nice because the hook on the end keeps your fingers from slipping off. Very few levers have this. For some reason, the big box stores don't seem to carry the Marin series, so Amazon et al may be your only source. The Marin is a very close match to the Schlage Elan, which is a Class 2 lock at a higher price point.For privacy latches (bathroom, etc.) I recommend using the Elan series. The Elan has a push-button latch while the Marin has a twist button. Push button latches are easier to use, show at a glance whether they are latched and unlock automatically if you accidentally close the door while the button is in the locked position. We used Marin for passageways, closets, entries and Elan for bathrooms, etc. I recommend that mix.The handle arrived on time, protected well in the packaging and was easy to install. I didn't think I'd find a handle like this that would match the others in our condo. This is exactly like the others and match. This latch had been replaced by the previous owner and it was functional, but the look and feel were unacceptable. I looked locally but couldn't find a match for the design, finish and most importantly price. This is Perfect!!I purchased this to go with a battery-powered keypad lock. With the keypad deadbolt, I didn't need a separate locking doorknob. The brushed nickle plating made it look like a matched set. The lever-style knobs are much easier to open when you have your hands full.Quick delivery and was exactly what I wanted.Great product, matched up with the commercial set perfect.This is a basic lever handle. Schlage levers are bigger than Baldwin which is not a plus, but I needed Schlage due to the holes from my previous ball handles, so......Great. Well built. Looks amazing.
