Once I figured out how to put them together, it didn't take long.Advice to those ording it....follow the directions carefully and keep the hole up...this way as each unit is assembled, you have access to all parts to hold with an open door. Otherwise it is almost impossible to get the parts to "snap" into place.I wish I could write the instructions....even the grammar is poor...cleary a translation.I started using them for some shirts, socks etc in addition to shoes. I've gone back to other ways for clothes. Even with those used for shoes .... some would come apart a little.
