This item arrived in a bag, with a box inside that was so ripped & tattered, that it was not possible to return the item in it. The poor quality of the packaging was only surpassed by the even poorer quality of the item itself. There were no assembly instructions. It was just a bunch of pieces of cheap plastic that did not fit together well, were poorly & incompletely painted, scratched, gouged & flimsy. If the rating system allowed it, I would have rated this item no higher than 1/10 of a star.
