These were hard to find in my area - and could only be ordered in bulk online. This pack was high quality easy to cut (after measuring twice “thanks Norm”)The closet rods and associated hardware are outstanding in quality. The rods are much preferable to wooden dowels or typical closet systems. I found this while looking at the better quality closet systems and saw that many of them use the D.H.S. products for the closet rods. The project I had involved a walk-in closet in an old home with irregular plaster walls. The dimensions of my closet were not sufficient to support the various (expensive) closet systems. The main requirement from my wife was that we have more hanging space. These outstanding rods permitted me to design a hanging space compatible with the limits of the space, at a fraction of the cost. The products were delivered within two days direct from the kitchen table of Mike and Lee Dugan of Dugan Hardware Systems. Within a day of my order I received a personal email from Mike and Lee asking about how their product suited my needs. Nice touch. I strongly recommend this product and doing business with the Dugans. Thank you, Mike and Lee.Wall thickness not sufficient for 8’ length, sags/bows terribly once clothes is hung on it. Had to add wire ties at several points to keep from sagging.Sleek design and very sturdy and budget friendlySleek and classy! Excellent quality and easy to install. If you need to cut to size with a hacksaw, no worries, it will not chip where cutting. And the Desunia customer service is excellent. I reached out to them for end caps and they replied quickly.Before purchasing I read all the reviews, mostly the dissatisfied ones... that the hangers they had to purchase weren’t good, there is no need to purchase special hangers will this system. Another low score stated that the rod bends with many garments... yes it bends slightly should you not purchase the correct hanging brackets. If you are converting from standard round “dowell” rods to this system you can use the old round brackets but just know that the new rod will lay flat side down. That position will slightly bend in the center with many garments. When positioned correctly the rods are solid, no bendingI used these closet rods for shower curtain rods!! Works great!!!
