I use these and three other sizes (same manufacturer) primarily to store and display yarn in my stash. This allows me to organize and show off my yarn while keeping it protected. These bags are also excellent for storing WIPs and keeping them together with their pattern and necessary notions. In addition, I also use the bags to create "kits" of patterns with yarns.
