I have a lot of sewing and crafting supplies. I recently started ordering 30 yard rolls of binding tape that I use when making baby bibs for new members of the family and also when making cases for sunglasses that I add to charity Easter baskets every year. I was looking for clear acrylic storage to protect my binding from my playful cats as well as from cat fur or dust, and I wanted to easily see what's stored inside each box. These boxes work for my purpose. I would prefer them to have better and tighter closure to protect from bugs if ever needed, but a loose cover was the best I could find. And these are strong enough to stack. I will use 2 boxes to store binding and will probably organize my 25 - 30 yard spools of grosgrain and satin ribbon in the other 2. I will probably buy more in the future.My whole family likes these. Easy to find what you are looking for and they close!Very sturdy, good material and well madeWorking great for prop boxes. No leaks and holds humidity.Make sure you go through them before the return window closes, because one arrived cracked. Also, looks like these were a return, because they are missing the mDesign stickers that come inside every bin.They are big enough to hold pencils and flash drives so they arent scattered in the desk.We used this product in our shop. The clear sides make it very easy to identify what's in the container, and the flip top lid ensures we don't lose the lid. And being able to stack them is one more plus.These are wonderful to store pipe cleaners and other art supplies in in my classroom art closet.The item measurements are not as described if your looking for these specific measurements don't buy this product. Actual dimensions are 5 x 6.6x 5. I bought this for a specific storage item and needed these specific measures as outlined in the description. Very frustrated as now I have to return this product and waste my time driving to the Purolator office to drop it off and it's out of my way. Where if they actually posted the correct measures I wouldn't of bought this product. The shipment was fast.Las cajas me gustan mucho pero el embalaje no está bien hecho. La caja externa de cartón tiene marcas de golpes y está un poco rajada, por lo que las cajas de plástico de dentro han llegado rotas (dos de las cuatro), por lo que he tenido que devolverlas. Yo tuve que devolverla por que venía con una pequeña fisura, pero se veían muy bien y me gustaron.Boxes are made of hard clear plastic. Hinged covers opens upwards flawlessly. The sheerness/clarity of the plastic is almost like glass and gives the boxes a very nice appearance. Will recommend.Over priced, scratched and hinges broke so easily the first day I got it
