Includes 4 sturdy hooks. Hippo not included, haha. This is a reasonably prices lightweight shoe rack.On an organizing spree, and needed more shelf space for lighter weight items. I didnt want to buy another shelf unit for heavy items as it costs 2-3x as much. I just needed something to hold shoe boxes that I keep various medical supplies and other smaller, lighter items. Things such as extra toiletries, dry cloths, hygiene pads, hand soaps, some cleaners. Stuff like that. I figured if I didnt like it for that, then I have shoes to organize and some pet stuff to organize. It looked sturdy, so chose this. Price was good.It has instructions which are ok, really has more of an intuitive feel if you are used to putting stuff together. I personally found it relaxing to put together. After figuring out what's what, I just quickly put it together inside of 15 mins. I wasn't in a hurry.Includes a mallet to help secure the poles, which I used after it was all together. Be sure to take a peek at the warm hints on this product page.Includes a couple of hooks, a couple of mats. Love the mats, wish there were more.Overall holds plenty, including some tall stuff (boots or basket), so far holding up well. So light, I can lift with one hand, yet sturdy enough to really load it up. Looks uniform. Not wobbly. I may have to get more! I put bottles on the platform with the liner. I decided that putting small odd stuff is better on a tray or box for best secure feel. 5 starsSo the directions for this thing are completely ridiculous. No words and some very poor picture and sort of arrows pointing to who knows what. So I pretty much looked at the pictures of parts included, referred back to the photographs of it and figured it out from there - that made it much easier. The materials included made me worry it wouldn’t be very sturdy but once I got it together it felt far stronger. I have to heavy pair of of roller skates on it, my daughter’s clunky chunky boots, about 15 pair of flip flops, 4 pair of sneakers, 8 pair of sandals and 2 regular flats, a heavy tote bag and my purse on it and it’s holding up. Hopefully it holds up well once flip flop season ends and its got to hold up 12 pairs of bootsThe directions are not great but I quickly figured it out. Holds lots of shoes. Sturdy so far for as light as it is.If you don’t wanna spend too much money for the storage shelving it’s a good option, but the down side is not so aestheticsFit perfect in my 35” width closet. It was easy to assemble and I removed some middle shelf sticks to place taller items in the middle. Fairly sturdy but I would place heavier items on the bottom to prevent toppling (or secure to the wall).This shoe rack was easy to put together. It is very sturdy and looks really nice in my apartment.It was a little cumbersome to put together, but not a big deal. Does it’s job, and fits right in the spot I wanted it to. ??
