I have a few products of this type and I must say they work well. This one had to be bolted to a wall for added stability, but that's because it's in a child's room. I think these are a great solution for young children through teens or just for someone who moves often. On the child side, yeah it will eventually get dirty or maked up, but so does traditional furniture and it's often more expensive or terrible heavy pressed wood. I bought a smaller one as a nightstand to get me through some short term living situations and was so thankful I could easily transport it alone.Easy instructions.
