This has been a great organizer for my closet. However, I have a short(er) closet and the hanging rod is a bit too low for me to hang clothes/items on. Instead, I took out the rod and just use the cubes. This is a wonderful organizer I just wish I would have gotten the cubes alone without the rod.product was delivered without a rod
