They come with screws to secure them to the bottom of cabinet and I would highly suggest using them. They appear custom fit to our cabinet, significantly increase storage and allow room for storage beside and behind rack. I put them on a slight angle to avoid the ridges on the sides of our cabinets and maximize storage space around the cabinet but that was personal preference. @R. I can’t get in the back of my cabinet due to arthritis. I thought these pull out trays would help. I made the mistake of measuring from the side of the cabinet to the pipe and figured it would just fit. I didn’t consider the flange at the base of pipe so it ended up not fitting. Was upset at first then decided to put it in sideways. Perfect. Hides the ugly pipes, holds everything neatly and in easy reach. I’m glad I measured wrong now because I wouldn’t have got it otherwise. It looks so nice under there now and everything is conveniently located. Was simple to assemble and is sturdy.
