Product was received quickly and no missing parts. They work great and easy to install. They have two small pins on the back - I was sure why but just cut them off - now they are flush with the cabinet. I guess you could drill holes for them to be inserted so the rod holder doesn't spin around but mine work fine without them. I only wish they would include new screws but my old screws worked just fine. I purchased a set of 10 and then another set of 10 so I could replace all holders in all closets in the entire house. Glad my project is completed.
