This is NOT a picture of this product. This is a picture of what builders charge you a TON for but you get crap products. This sound of 126.5” closet rod in my master closet was heard from the other side of the house. The rods failed and made a mess. I bought 2 different colors of these; 5 white and 5 black. They are PHENOMENAL!! What a difference. The rod no longer has a curve in it and I know that these rods will now stay up as long as the house does. I’m thrilled with these brackets! If only the builder would have spent the little bit of money for quality products, it would have saved me a lot of aggravation, time and money. Thank goodness for these rods and their sturdiness. I’m incredibly impressed!! Thank you very much. Plus, they arrived in ONE DAY!! Heck yeah!Replacing all of the closet hardware with these and already added a section in our garage which appear to be very strong.Well built I did my 4foot interior closet, I did a double hanger set up using 3 on top and down 42inches another 3 more and doubled the closet space and worked great. To maximize this go after your studs on the wall. I way 190 pounds and was doing pull-ups on it when I was done, solid. Plenty strong to hang all my jackets. I used 2 1/2 screws to the stud.. do that it won’t come down no matter what ??These were a pleasant surprise. I have looked at so many so called 'heavy duty' brackets that I could crush with my hands (I'm old and arthritic). I was concerned about the opening for the pole since it is difficult to get an accurate diameter measurement of a pole, but no problem. The wooden closet pole was standard back 40 years ago when they built the house, it fits fine. I cannot comment on durability since I'm just installing now.
