Fit well into space. I had a contractor install it as I was having work done. Strong and sturdy. As you can see my daughter hung lots of clothes on it.The quality is super. and I was little worry about private seller on amazon to whether if a counter any problem they will solve it like the amazon customer service does. but they actually reply very quick and solve my question right on the spot. I would definitely recommend this product as well as seller. 5 star for sure. I'm really happy!This looks AWESOME once it’s all setup. The instructions were confusing at first and it was easy to damage the board pieces at the bottom. Luckily only two small areas got damaged and after you put clothes in it’s completely covered so I don’t actually care. For the price of the item and aesthetic to me it was worth the hassle of putting it together. Since the damage is minor and isn’t visible I feel the quality is aligned with the price. I could see why people would be frustrated with these things but the cost of custom closets is thousands of dollars for the products alone plus installation fees. I’m happy to determine the measurements, install it myself and have minor damage in order to save a few thousand dollars. Sucks that its easy to damage but ultimately it’s user error and can be prevented if you’re VERY CAREFUL. In other reviews of this line I was worried about some complaints about things not lining up properly. When I read those I knew it was either the product being faulty or user error during install. I’ve put together a good bit of furniture on my own and have found it usually is user error I’m those instances. Glad I took my chances with this because I also found that to be the case. Assembly is confusing and even if you have a contractor doing it, that doesn’t mean they are good at what they do. Don’t let a contractor tell you it’s the product when it’s really them who is the problem. Hope this helps!Missing multiple screwsThis unit fit perfect in my 18" space. Easy to assemble, sturdy and looks nice. Only issue was the poles weren't in the box but modular shipped them to me the next day. Great customer service.We were surprised how high quality they are. I was expecting the home depot style that was just all particle board and was pleasantly surprised. It took about 4 hours to set up and then another full day to install my full closet (converted bedroom). My husband and I did them ourselves. I couldn't be happier!Opened beyond the 30 day limit only to find pieces missing and item damaged. Return and refund “not available”. Stay away from this product if you are worried about returning pieces of the system.This worked perfect to add some hanging clothes space in a closet
