I have a Louis Vuitton mm / medium agenda and i ordered the personal size 6 ring replacement yesterday and received today. It was a easy process if you plan it out before so you won't damage your agenda. I didn't punch holes through like some reviews because you'll see the gold screws on the outside. So instead I flipped the plastic spine adhesive side down in the slit i made in the binding and use the longest screw that came with the kit and the put the black strip adhensive side down and screwed it all together and it worked out perfectly, and you can't even noticed. Its in there really good.
